International Commercial Finance

Project Type – This is a fixed rate loan program which focuses primarily on assets with stable cashflows.
This Program is should be considered for moderate Loan to values (LTV) with strong Debt Yields (DY) and good Debt Service Ratio Coverage (DSRC)
This Program is best situated for traditional assets.
Property Type – Stabalised property Portfolios, Office Blocks, Hotels, Low leveraged Security Real Estate.
Location – Europe , United States, Canada, Bahamas, Mexico, South America.
Security – A First Charge is taken over the project whether it be land or asset.
LTV – 65-80% dependant on Project and security.
Debt Service Cover Ratio – 1.10 X.
Rate 2.5% – 8%.
Funder & All Street Finance May take Equity Position
Cost Required by Client – Standard Commitment Fees for All Street Finance / Lender and Due Diligence / VAL Costs
Term – 5,7,10,15,20 years
Rate – Standard Carve outs, Early redemption penalties will apply.
Loans – from $15 million – no upper limit
Time to fund – From client engagement of the fund 45-65 approximately days
Initial requirement – An executive summary no more than 10 pages summarising project
